A yoga collective running events and retreats across India and Australia needed one coherent brand and campaigns that could actually fill dates.
The challenge
Where students were slipping away
Mukti Yog operated across two countries with a patchwork of event pages, social handles and flyers — every retreat felt like a different brand, and none of them ranked or converted consistently.
Retreat dates depended on last-minute pushes and word of mouth. There was no repeatable system to build demand ahead of a launch, and no owned channel to bring past guests back.

We built a single, calm visual identity and voice that worked across India and Australia, so every event and retreat looked like one trusted collective rather than a scattered set of one-offs.
Built repeatable campaigns
We created a campaign template for each retreat — landing page, email sequence and social plan — timed to build demand in the weeks before dates opened, instead of scrambling at the last minute.
Grew an owned audience
We set up an email list and simple CRM so past participants and warm leads could be invited back directly — turning one-time guests into a repeatable source of bookings.
